National Water Balloon Day
Water balloons are inexpensive and can provide a whole afternoon of fun for a whole neighborhood of kids!
I remember filling hundreds of balloons with water. Learning to tie the balloons wasn’t easy, but once I got the idea I made a pretty good ammo provider.
