Celebrate National Bologna Day
Bologna is inexpensive contains significant vitamins and minerals that include: Significant amounts off B with smaller amounts of C , K, and Panothenic Acid. Bologna also has minerals Zinc, Selenium, Phosphorus, Potassium, Iron, and Calcium.
It’s also available and affordable. Having raised a daughter who was a cheerleader, a swimmer, and a runner and three sons who were all involved in various sports, bologna came in handy for lunch. I grew up eating fried bologna and I still eat it occasionally today.
