Heal and Protect

PROTECT those who do not have a cool place to be safe.
When I was young, I retreated to the basement to stay cool.
Lord, heal those who do not have a refuge in a cool shady space. When I was young we didn’t have air conditioners, but we did have trees that provided shade.
We had a basement that was always cool.
But every child doesn’t have a shade spot…cover them with your wings of protection.
