National Day of Writing

Today is the National Day of Writing.

I wrote my first story in second grade and I was excited about writing stories.

My dad helped me but he didn’t give me the answer…instead he asked key questions that helped me to decide what to write about.

I don’t remember the story but I do remember how much I loved the assignment. I was forever hooked.
