Spiritual Practice the Hebrew word for humble is anav (עָנָו)


Anav means to be meek or humble. We often think of meek as being weak, but it’s not weak. In a societal context meet means not selfish or arrogant.

In a Biblical context it means reverent lowlifes that trusts God. Consider people you know who bows to and trusts God.
