Do not sit and wallow in the change. Find a way to work through it. Ask yourself what good healthy thing or task makes you happy. If you love to read get a new book from the library or the bookstore. If you love sewing or crafting start a simple project. If drawing makes you happy, draw.
Healing isn’t instant but before you know it engaging yourself thoughts in something you love will be a step in the right direction!
