Most of the time life’s blessings aren’t about huge blessings. While we do celebrate those, it helps US if we recognize and celebrate even the smallest blessings every day.
Literally.
Recognizing our small blessings minute by minute changes the chemistry in our brain. Then our brain operates remembering the good.
It’s a simple healthy thing we can do to remember to be positive and our brain does the good work. When we focus on the negative we are constantly reminded of the negative. Choose good.
