Sacred Space Meditation
Mindful Eating Exercise: choose a small healthy item to eat. It can be a raisin, a small cheese square, or a bite of healthy cereal.
Place it in your hand.
Feel the texture and notice the color and shape.
Bring the bite to your nose and smell it, then taste it slowly.
What does it feel like?
Swallow it and feel it go down your throat.
Focus on your awareness in this present moment.
Be thankful for your food.
